About the information on this site

Razorglint Labs describes specialized software, controlled evaluations, services and prospective licenses. Material is provided to explain our work and initiate discussions. Unless a clearly stated written agreement says otherwise, nothing on the website is a certification, warranty, guaranteed availability or binding offer to deliver a particular product.

Founding software plans

Founding V1.0 plan prices may be displayed before customer software is released. A listed price does not make the related product immediately purchasable or available. Where checkout is disabled, you can request availability and review the exact terms, system requirements, version and current limitations. Software access is not granted simply by contacting us.

Paid services and orders

Engineering engagements require an agreed scope, prerequisites, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, permitted access and payment terms. A payment link, if enabled, must be read together with the applicable written order and service or license conditions. Taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the relevant agreement and checkout before payment.

Intellectual property and usage rights

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Razorglint's background systems, code, design, methods and associated intellectual property remain with their rightful owner. Evaluation, internal-use, professional, source-access and OEM licensing grant distinct rights. No website description authorizes copying, redistribution, resale, white-label deployment or access to private repositories. Third-party open-source components retain their own existing licenses.

Evidence and assurance limitations

Source-bound checks, synthetic fixtures and reproducible test evidence are useful technical tools, but they do not automatically establish full system security, regulatory compliance, legal correctness, successful bug-bounty eligibility or absence of vulnerabilities. We do not claim blanket certification, unattended recovery or automated bounty payouts.

Future artificial intelligence options

Optional AI features, managed credits, agentic workflows or third-party API usage are future possibilities and are not part of existing deterministic Core V1.0 subscriptions unless a separate contract expressly says so. Current customers' rights remain subject to their actual accepted agreements.

Reliance, links and changes

The information may be revised as exact product versions, evaluations and capacity change. Do not rely on a preview or illustrative screenshot as evidence of a deployed customer product. External sites and payment services operate under their own conditions. Any enforceable limits, remedies and liability provisions are set in the applicable signed engagement or license, subject to mandatory law.
